Responsibilities & Qualifications:
- High School or equivalent required. Some college preferred.
- 3 to 5 years secretarial or administrative office experience.
- Duties and tasks are frequently nonroutine including the preparation of reports, correspondence, presentations, invoices, memos, online proofing and formatting.
- Collects, compiles and analyzes moderately complex information and data.
- Prepares routine or recurring reports for management review or action.
- Arranges meetings, travel arrangements, maintains staff schedules, orders office supplies, distributes mail, etc.
- May provide back-up support for receptionist and other administrative staff.
- Sets up project binders, forms, spreadsheets and files.
- Maintains project files; prepares files, records and documents for archiving.
- Coordinates production of project deliverables; may schedule graphics, editing and repro services.
- Coordinates and tracks project submittals.
- May serve as custodian for shared special equipment, i.e., cell phones.
- May perform workload leveling for administrative work group.
