Field Administration

Responsibilities & Qualifications:

  • High School or equivalent required. Some college preferred.
  • 3 to 5 years secretarial or administrative office experience.
  • Duties and tasks are frequently nonroutine including the preparation of reports, correspondence, presentations, invoices, memos, online proofing and formatting.
  • Collects, compiles and analyzes moderately complex information and data.
  • Prepares routine or recurring reports for management review or action.
  • Arranges meetings, travel arrangements, maintains staff schedules, orders office supplies, distributes mail, etc.
  • May provide back-up support for receptionist and other administrative staff.
  • Sets up project binders, forms, spreadsheets and files.
  • Maintains project files; prepares files, records and documents for archiving.
  • Coordinates production of project deliverables; may schedule graphics, editing and repro services.
  • Coordinates and tracks project submittals.
  • May serve as custodian for shared special equipment, i.e., cell phones.
  • May perform workload leveling for administrative work group.
