Responsibilities & Qualifications:

• The GIS Analyst is responsible for the processing and management of datasets related to environmental remediation of Military Munitions sites.

• The successful applicant will demonstrate expertise utilizing Geographic Information Systems as part of a team in support of complex field and/or research efforts.

• Provide Mapping Support for Company Operations.

• Participate in project field support.

• Develop and maintain and company GIS Database.

• Develop and maintain client GIS applications.

• Provide administrative project support.

• Provide technical support for company data acquisition.

• Participate and support business development initiatives as required.

• Document and record work time in a punctual and efficient manner.

• Expertise with ArcGIS is experience required.

• Demonstrated experience integrating remotely sensed data such as orthophotography, LiDAR, geophysical datasets, Synthetic.

• Aperture RADAR, and Multispectral Data sets is preferred.

• Experience with Windows based PCs, including general office software knowledge required.

• Experience working with Python or other commonly used scripting languages preferred.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills required.

• Experience with graphic design packages such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is preferred.

• Ability to work in a team environment across multi-site organization is required.

• 15% Travel.

• B.S. in pertinent Geosciences field or equivalent work experience required.

• M.S. in pertinent Geosciences field (geology, physics, earth sciences) or

• 1-3 years professional experience in GIS preferred.
