Responsibilities & Qualifications:

• This exciting opportunity will provide the right candidate with exposure to major hydroelectric generation projects with full scope cradle to grave business and project management experience.

• We prefer to talk with candidates who have a Mechanical or Electrical Engineering degree and a P.E or P. Eng with solid field focused experience and an understanding of business fundamentals.

• Conducting initial investigations, preparing financial justification for projects with detailed cost/benefit and schedule scenarios, negotiating and managing consultants for design work, conducting peer reviews, developing scope of work, managing work crews (including chairing site meetings), tracking schedules, meeting technical standards, overseeing health and safety compliance and environmental management. Final P&L success of project.

• Experience in managing large scale turbine replacement and turbine refurbishment projects throughout North America.
