Responsibilities & Qualifications:

• Will provide mechanical BIM layout and design for military, bio-containment, and other governmental Facilities.

• Must be willing to work in a design team environment.

• Tasks will include BIM layout of mechanical systems, including ductwork, HVAC equipment, and plumbing systems.

• AutoCAD and/or Microstation experience is required.

• Experience in drafting and layout of building mechanical systems is required.

• Experience with Revit MEP and/or Bentley Building Mechanical Systems is preferred.
