Responsibilities & Qualifications:
- Responsible for the management, performance and work assignment for engineering/technical staff with a goal of effectively balancing resource utilization needs with planning targets, skills allocation, actual utilization and staffing needs.
- Creates, tracks and ensures schedule, budgets, costs, performance targets, resource plans, manufacturability, reliability and other general engineering planning activities.
- BS degree in Petroleum, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.
- 10-15+ yrs management experience in Upstream/Midstream O&G market.
