Responsibilities & Qualifications:

• Heavy marine construction estimating, with emphasis on civil construction activities such as locks, dams, pilings, cofferdams.

• Ability to Interpret plans and specifications, perform takeoffs, obtain and evaluate subcontractor and vendor quotes and develop cost estimates.

• Work closely with architect/engineers for feasibility studies, value engineer assessment, etc.

• Degree in engineering or Construction Management, or 12 or more years estimating/project related experience.

• 10 or more years estimating experience, with minimum 3 years marine construction estimating.

• Experience working in Timberline a plus

• Heavy interaction with proposal and onsite project teams.

• Occasional travel.

• Extended hours may be required to meet deadlines.
