Responsibilities & Qualifications:

• Will provide HVAC and Plumbing expertise and design for bio-containment and other high-tech facilities. Must be willing to work in a design team environment, including directing the work of junior engineers and designers, and delegating work as required.

• Design tasks will include Conceptual Studies, Program Requirements, Design Analyses, Calculations, Equipment selection and layout, and System selection and layout.

• Required Experience Position requires the ability to manage other engineers and designers.

• The successful candidate will be required to interface with client contacts.

• Specific experience in designing high-tech (biological or nuclear containment, clean rooms, etc.) projects is preferred. Canadian Registered Engineer (P.Eng) is required.

• Engineer registered in Ontario is preferred.

• Must be highly qualified in HVAC and plumbing design. Good computer design software and AutoCAD skills are preferred.

• Degree Requirements Bachelor of Sciences.
