Responsibilities & Qualifications:

• Power plant design and analysis, including field experience working in power plants; experience in solar power plants is highly desirable.

• Creation of piping and instrumentation diagrams, process flow diagrams, and equipment specifications for power plants.

• Knowledge of ASME boiler codes, pressure vessel codes, and piping codes B31.1/B31.3.

• Strong background in fluid and thermal sciences; extensive knowledge of Rankine cycles.

• Knowledge of heat rejection systems (i.e. cooling towers) .

• Knowledge of heat rejection systems (i.e. cooling towers).

• Extensive knowledge of equipment selection/specification, and working with equipment vendors.

• Knowledge of water treatment systems.
