About Enscicon's Apprenticeship Program
Our Millwright Apprenticeship Program combines classroom instruction with on-the-job training to prepare apprentices for long-term careers in the field.Â
- Length of Program: 2.5 to 4 years to completionÂ
- On-the-Job Training: 5,200–8,000 hours covering 24 key competenciesÂ
- Classroom Instruction: 507–576 hours of online coursework
- Program Accreditation: Approved by the Colorado State Apprenticeship Agency and recognized by the U.S. Department of LaborÂ
Upon graduation, apprentices become certified Journeyman Millwrights, prepared to take on critical projects nationwide.Â

Registered in Colorado under the National Apprenticeship Act (29 CFR Parts 29 & 30), with reciprocity available in other states.ÂÂ

Inflation Reduction Act Compliance
- To claim increased tax credits under the Inflation Reduction Act (IRA), taxpayers must satisfy apprenticeship requirements and maintain specific records to prove compliance. Â
- The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) requires robust recordkeeping to document a project’s adherence to the labor hours, ratio, and participation rules, or to prove that a good-faith effort was made. Â
- Enscicon’s team will assist you with all reporting requirements in order to maintain compliance with IRA.
