      Inflation Reduction Act Compliance

      • To claim increased tax credits under the Inflation Reduction Act (IRA), taxpayers must satisfy apprenticeship requirements and maintain specific records to prove compliance.
      • The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) requires robust recordkeeping to document a project’s adherence to the labor hours, ratio, and participation rules, or to prove that a good-faith effort was made.
      • Enscicon’s team will assist you with all reporting requirements in order to maintain compliance with IRA.
